perl模块使能导致依赖perl的非模块化包安装失败问题

问题现象

启用模块化源并且使能了perl模块后，安装git等直接或者间接依赖perl的包时提示此包已被模块化过滤掉。

解决方法

先执行dnf module disable命令禁用掉perl相关的模块化流（这些流直接导致将要安装的包被过滤掉了），并在安装时使用--allowerasing选项确保安装后依赖的是正确的perl版本。
